So we thought to make an investment and go in on a home. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions so naturally we had a ton. Eddie was always there to answer them and was very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Even with dumb questions. Eddie was never pushy and always attentive. We felt he was very honest which is definitely a plus. With us having different work schedules, Eddie worked with us with scheduling for our convenience. We had some tricky things come up and he was always there ready to help. We would highly recommend Eddie as an agent.

Buying a house is a really intimidating process - most people never spend more on anything else in their entire life not to mention the upkeep and the future of the place that you buy - ohhh the pressure! Eddie was a great resource because he has a family and knew the stress of wanting to buy the right house for your family (in my case future family) and the stress of making sure you're making the right decision. He was patient with my worries and questions - without coming off the wrong way, Eddie was able to make light of a seemingly serious situation and his personality just helped you to feel comfortable with him and with a big decision. He always made sure that this entire process is up to us and what we were feeling. I would recommend Eddie to anyone, but it’s really nice to know that there is a genuine family man out there wanting to help make a decision for you in your best interest instead of his own.

If you need a Real Estate Agent in the Seattle area, I highly recommend Eddie Chang. Eddie was terrific in helping me find a home in the Seattle area. Being from Boston, it could have been quite a challenge for me, but Eddie was excellent in coordinating appointments for me so that I could see many listings in a day or 2. He would devote all his time with me when I went down there and was able to show me properties that I wanted to see. Unlike most real estate agents, Eddie only showed me the properties that were in my price range and criteria. He knew what I wanted and was extremely successful in helping me find what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well. He put in a lot of time and was always available by phone when I needed to talk to him. The first one fell through, but the second one was a success and I'm very happy with the home and with Eddie's hard work. The fact that I found exactly what I was looking for.
